Design and Analysis of Experiment on Weight – DOE

  • Designed a three factor (Calorie Intake, Calorie Burnt, Water Intake), two-level experiment (high, low).

  • Incorporated randomization and blocking for reducing the variability due to nuisance factors.

  • Brought ANOVA analysis into action along with effect tests, residuals, interaction profiles, and prediction profiler for deriving the results with help of JMP.

  • Validated the reliability of analysis as model fits well for 0.83 R2 value.

  • Concluded that calorie intake and calorie burnt are the most influencing factors.
